Day 7: Memorial Day painting in Skaneateles

Here's yesterday's painting of a street scene in Skaneateles for Memorial Day.  I had a really great time and met lots of nice people.  This is the largest plein air painting I have done so far.  Along the way, I documented my process, and will post that soon!

Day 6: Waterfront Trail's view of Cornell

Got about halfway finished on this smaller painting viewing Cornell's skyline across the water from the waterfront trail . . . . . used straight watercolor instead of gouache for this one, and have at least a couple more hours to make it look alright!
